Refund Policy

Disclosure

We color each wig and construct all our wigs. Prices differ depending on if wig is premade or handmade (customer must disclosed if they’ll want a machine made or handmade wig before order ships). Once wig has been made the customer will receive pictures and videos before shipping order. At this time if anything needs to be change it should be specified before order ships. We have reduced our processing time to a 4 week maximum. Please make sure you have chosen your proper head size and wig selection. There is a possibility the colors of wigs will not be EXACTLY like the picture but we get colors as close as possible. This is especially for reesecup and streaked units. Please be advised all sales are final after checkout and once you have checked out, you have agreed to all conditions of the company. Adore Beauty & Things is not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen during mail transit if no mailing insurance is purchased. If you like to purchase insurance on your order please let us know by email or message us and we can add the insurance fee to your order.

 

REFUNDS

Once an order is fulfilled and shipped there are absolutely NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES. In the event of a mistake on the sellers behalf we offer up to 14 days to  exchangeproducts OR immediate repairs in cases of incorrect details only if the returned product is not damaged and returned in the original condition.
